Orange You Glad?

Many thanks to Pink Preppy Lilly Lover for hosting such a fun fun fun giveaway!!! I was so happy to win this Lilly Pulitzer tote bag I think I turned orange! Ha!!! Horsing Around

Horsing around at Steeplechase! It rained horsies and jockies allll day long.

While wellies were the favored accessory to fight the rain, derby hats were still a must. I loathe hat hair but I remembered a certain darrrrling flower headband from last year. So instead of a derby hat, I sported a flower clip made by Polka Dots & Protein Bars of Hems & Hers! Many many many thanks PD&PB!!! We enjoyed the races from inside the tent this year --- sipping cocktails and cheering on our favorite horses. Cheers to horsing around with great company --- rain or shine!!! Xoxo-BLC

Time Flies!

Time flies when you're having fun! Posting about my agenda in April means I have been having a lot of fun in 2010!!! Ha! When a bff gifted me this planner in September of 2009, I didn't think 2010 could come quick enough. I carry this organizer everywhere I go! The agenda is tabulated for 2010 & 2011 at a glance, dates to celebrate, holidays and contacts, months at a glance, and then each month individually. Out of Towners

Our favorite native Atlantalite, Paparazzi, hosted us in his hometown, Atlanta, Georgia! We had the best weekend getaway.

While the boys cheered on their respective teams at the Clemson v. Georgia Tech game, the girls visited the exhibit celebrating the life and work of Princess Diana! From her wardrobe to her impact on the world, her life was totally remarkable and truly colorful. Thereafter, we sipped cocktails before eating at Veni Vidi Vici. What a superb day!!! Serendipity

Today our sweet friends married at the gorgeous Middleton Plantation in Summerville, South Carolina.

The pair met at the Clemson v. Georgia game in 2003. He attended CU and she UGA. In the homily, the minister mentioned it being serendipity because CU and UGA don't play again until 2013!

I couldn't agree more.

We had a blast celebrating their love, laughter, and happily ever after!!!!! Xoxo-BLC

Déjà Vu

Circa 2008, Daddy and stepmadre took the family on a trip out west to celebrate Lala's birthday. We nested in Las Vegas, Nevada and it just so happened my favorite LA bff was also in Sin City! Of course we met up and had a riot of a time (evidence in the picture left)!!! Well, fast forward to now --- and guess who just happened to be in Charleston, South Carolina this weekend for a different wedding? Yessss!
