Over-indulge at Thanksgiving? Me? I would never ... 

Just as a precautionary measure, a little pre-Thanksmas thinspiration is in order.

I think I can manage Mary Phillips balanced diet!!! 

I am going to keep the fat pants close by, just in case. :)
