Ale and I had a weekend filled with wedding festivities!!! We just had the best time. Parents of our dear friends hosted a very lovely engagement brunch. His parents came, my parents came, our friends came ... it was just a blast! We enjoyed everything from the toasts to the decorations to the food. ReplyDeleteLooks GORGEOUS! I love this Southern tradition of the parents' friends hosting the engagement party. One of my best friends is from Georgia and it was through her that I first heard about this; so marvelous. No doubt everyone is SO proud of and happy for you, as am I!
