Walking in Memphis

We traded our blue suede shoes for dancing shoes and oh la la did we have fun celebrating Len's birthday!!! We bunked at the historic Peabody Hotel where the famous ducks paraded from the elevator to the fountain. Talk about a Memphis must-see! Cheers to the birthday girl and her fantastic town! Xoxo-BLC

  2. I love how you travel and get around so much- so fun! my nanny made her debut at the peabody back in the day- it's incredible, isn't it?! I am going to tell her that another lovely raven-hair bubble loves it just as much as she does ;)

  8. Ah... the Peabody, a block away from one of the best Barbecue joints in town. My husband swears by the Rendezvous. I haven't been yet but it's on the list. I would love to stay at the Peabody....

  11. Love the Peabody and we actually got to see the duck parade waaaay back in 1992.

On our way to Boston last month we had a stopover in Memphis (only for an hour and a half) and all the time we were there I kept humming that song "Walking In Memphis" (like your title post) to myself

I randomly came across your blog and I'm loving it! Are you here in NY?
