Crawfish Boil

It was Recipes From Newlyweds second annual Spring Break partay complete with a crawfish boil.

Stewart did receive an invite back even after his incessant tree trimming last year ...

... but we left him at home since he is such an escape artist away from home. I am digging spicy foods these days and the crawfish boil was divine (the brussel sprouts retained the most spices ... mmm).

This spring break partay was WILD!!! And ooodles of fun. Just think: a colorful pinata, cave man irrigation systems, loads of laughs, cute pie dogs, and delish food. Can't wait for next years!!! Xoxo-BLC

Recipes from Newlyweds and her husband hosted the most ah-mazing Spring Break party. Think airbrushed t-shirts, jorts, and the like. These two know how to host parties and cook. The crawfish bowl was no exception and absolutely delish!!!

They were kind enough to invite Stewart too. It was his first time away from home other than running a short errand with us or visiting the dreaded vet. Anyhoo, we need to work on sharing AND not eating trees. But if Stewart was a kid, all I would say is s-c-h-o-l-a-r-s-h-i-p!!! Our dog can jump like Michael Jordan. Ha! Spring Fling

Yaya for SPRING BREAK. My plans ... a little road trip, home, and studying. No real vaca. Sad! The way I see it, this is a rain check for a non-school designated vaca to come. I am looking forward to poking around the law library in my hometown and getting nitty gritty with the demands of law school. PS: Jade and I did place an order for tacky-airbrushed t-shirts from the Panama City crew. That way, the fruits of the fun without the potential "career-jeopardizing photos." Muahah, as if!!! About the photos ... not the t-shirt, I am soooo wearing it! :)
