Dream Job

I adore Via Shops. I want to visit them all. Each is fun, flirty, and tres colorful. I have two friends who own Lilly Via Shops: Pink Boulevard and Pink on Main!
Both of these girlies are living the dream and absolutely L-O-V-E their job!!! And Lilly Pulitzer is looking to open a few more Via Shops.
Are you tempted like me!???
Don't worry mom and dad, I am NOT dropping out of law school. Practicing law is living the dream for me! Or being White House Social Secretary.
Hey, a girl can dream! Speaking of dreams, what is your dream job!? Cheers to living the dream and big-girl dream jobs! Xoxo-BLC

  5. I could totally see myself as a Via Shop owner for LP. In fact, I reached out to coroporate a few months ago to inquire about putting a shop in the Britsh Virgin Islands. One thing: I have no work permit! :( Only my husband is permitted to have one here, and getting his was a battle!

i love to hear about other people's dreams. as far as careers go i've never really had a dream job...there aren't too many things like that i LOVE to do; mainly just be with people. i was a marketing intern at keeneland (a horseracing racetrack in lexington) when i was in college and would have really loved to have stayed there...its a beautiful place!

have a wonderful day! so nice to "meet" you.

  13. Oh how fun, I've always thought it would be so fun to own a boutique!

However, my Big Girl Dream Job is being a doctor... I've had some fantastic jobs since I graduated college, including working for Charlotte Moss in Manhattan... but I must say, the thing that every dream job has been lacking for me at least, is knowing that I am in fact bringing about some good in the world... at the end of the day I know medicine is hard and stressful and often all the work and stress aren't worth what you get paid, but still at the end of every day good or bad, you know that you have healed someone... or at least done your best to heal them... and that to me sounds like a dream!
