The Rolling Stones

What do you get when you cross Rolling Stone with Elsa Peretti's bean pendant? A kidney stone. Boo hiss! My doctor is a fan of the "wait and see" approach. And she wonders why I have white coat effect. Ick!!! Now I am officially tough enough to roll with the STONES. Call me Mick! Xoxo-BLC

  3. Oh no! I feel your pain! My doc was a fan of the wait and see approach. He did give me pain killers, but they made me so crazy. Just waited it out, drank lots of fluids and I knew when it passed (had 3 in the past 10 years).

  4. Goodness! Hope your "wait" isnt a long one!
My daughter (theluckiestmrs) had the "white coat syndrome" and her BP would get so high when she would go for an appt or even think she had to take her BP for someone...

...thought she was not affected anymore that way, but apparently not (on her post "Nervous Nelly") her BP was reading crazy high, when it was taken at her first day of her dental internship!

  20. Oh gosh--I hope the kidney stone passes soon and you are on your way to recovery! I have heard they are very painful.

BTW--read your comment at TP&G (sorry if I am nosey) and had to tell you that my youngest sister is also 6 years older than me and my oldest sister is 12 years older than me! Are you "the baby" like me??
